3. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium features are available via in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store. All billing and subscription management are handled by Apple, and their terms and refund policies apply.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to RenoMuse, including trademarks, software, and AI models, remains the property of RenoMuse. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not upload unlawful, offensive, or copyrighted material without permission.
- Do not attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the App.
- Do not misuse the App in ways that may harm RenoMuse or its users.
6. Disclaimer
RenoMuse provides AI-generated visualizations for inspiration only. We make no guarantees of accuracy, quality, or suitability for actual construction or renovation purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RenoMuse and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
